The tutors at Math Matters stand as the very bedrock of our esteemed service, embodying the quintessence of dedication and diligence. Their unwavering commitment forms the cornerstone upon which the triumphs of our students and the overarching mission of our organization are anchored. It is with profound recognition that we honor these tireless beacons of knowledge, who generously contribute their time and exhibit an extraordinary level of devotion in nurturing students' passion and self-assurance in the realm of mathematics.

Math matter has greatly helped me to improve my math skills.

My appreciation extends to the founders of this exemplary program. Your vision and commitment have created a realm where learning transcends academic boundaries, molding students and tutors alike into better, more compassionate individuals.

In the verdant summer of 2023, I embarked on a journey with my daughter, enrolling her in Math Matters. It was a quest to enhance her interactive and verbal prowess within the academic sphere. Initially, she was a reticent figure, scarcely uttering a word even in the nurturing presence of her tutor. The transformation that ensued, however, was nothing short of remarkable. The tutors at Math Matters, with their boundless patience and affable demeanors, cultivated an atmosphere of warmth and encouragement. It was in this nurturing environment that she blossomed, shedding her inhibitions, and flourishing mathematically.

This is a great opportunity to help young students while also gaining valuable leadership skills. Volunteering hours will be granted for each session for the time of preparation and teaching. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to make a long-term commitment to the program.

We believe every kid should have a chance to succeed in Math! Join us to make this happen!

We are looking for passionate high school/middle school volunteers (age 13+) to spend two-hours a week including one-hour tutoring/teaching time at the library or online. You will be working with 1-2 kids every session and watch them learn and grow. If you can't make it every week, you can still sign up for whatever weeks work for you!

Are you looking for a way to give back to the community? Are you looking for some leadership experience? Do you love working with kids? Do you love math? If so, sign up and come join us today! Our program focuses on fundamentals in math and you don't need to be a math genius. We provide trainings so you're confident in your teaching.
